Wes Kanavel is an outstanding 6'8", 230 lb., right
handed 4-5 skilled post
player who started for the Tornadoes of West Muskingum High School located at
200 Kimes Rd., Zanesville, Ohio 43701.
West Muskingum High School is a
Division III member of the Ohio High School
Athletic Association and participates in the very competitive
Muskingum Valley League (MVL) of Central Ohio.

Wes started for the
Tornadoes of West Muskingum High School as a Sophomore year.
Wes earned
several honors.
Wes played club basketball
for the Ohio Express and currently for
the College Bound Knights and Coach Dennis Harper. Coach

several national basketball tournaments throughout the USA,
including the Reebok-Big Time tournament in Las Vegas, late July
2005.
Wes conditions and weight
trains year round. Wes has a 2.9 GPA and intends to take
the college entrance exams very soon. Wes is enrolled in the college preparatory program.
