Anthony Ciminello is a powerful 5'9", 170 lb. right footed Starting Varsity Place Kicker and Punter for the Division 5 Columbus Academy High School Vikings Football Team.  Anthony earned the starting kicker job during his sophomore year.

Columbus Academy High School is an Ohio High School Division 5 member that plays in the  tough and competitive Mid-State League (MSL).  Anthony is a athlete.  Besides handling all the kick-off, placekicking and punting duties, Anthony plays Outside Linebacker and Wide Receiver and 3 year Varsity Letter winner. 

Anthony was voted Team Captain for the 2009 Football Season.  Anthony has kicked a 38 yard game field goal and is comfortable in the 50+ yard range.  Anthony rarely comes off the field for the Vikings and is an important reason the Vikings continue to be successful and carry on Academy's outstanding tradition of being a football powerhouse in Ohio.  Anthony attended many outstanding competitive kicking camps where he is recognized as a top achiever.     

Anthony has a 3.0 GPA out of a possible 4.0 at the Academy and scored a 28 on the ACT.  Columbus Academy is a private college preparatory school where sports compete for success in the classroom.  This is outstanding considering that Anthony is very successful in the classroom as well as on the football field.  Anthony conditions and weight trains year around.  Anthony plans to continue to attend and train with professional place-kickers and punters.  Anthony is motivated to take his football game to college.
