who led the Eagles of Bishop Watterson High School to the
2002 Ohio State Football Championship
November 30, 2002 in fabled Paul Brown Tiger Stadium
in Massillon, Ohio.
Bishop
Watterson High School located at
99 East Cooke Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43221. Dan
has set a new school record for the most passing yards in
the football powerhouse school's history after NINE games
his
Senior year.

Bishop Watterson High School is an Ohio High School Division 3
member and plays in the tough and competitive Central
Catholic League.
Dan is having
an outstanding Senior year.
Dan was named team captain and has been the starting quarterback since his
Junior year. Dan is a three varsity sport letter winner.
Dan may may not be finished growing, he wears a size 17 shoe
and continues to weight train and condition year round.
As a
Junior, Dan was named first
team all League Quarterback, named Honorable mention to the
prestigious Central Ohio all District Team.
Dan plays and
starts in Basketball and Baseball. Dan is a leader on
and off the field. In basketball as a
Junior, Dan was named All
Central Catholic League, all District and led the
Eagles in Scoring, Rebounding, Free Throw % and
has already been named the team captain for the upcoming
2002-03 basketball season. As a
Senior, Dan earned first team honors on the prestigious
Central Ohio All District Team. Dan helped lead the
Basketball Eagles deep into the State playoffs, quite an
accomplishment for this multi-talented student
athlete.
In Baseball as a
Junior, Dan earned all League
honors, made first team all District and was the Central
Ohio's District Pitcher of the year. This left hander
can play any sport anytime.
Dan Delucia is also an outstanding student. Dan had a
3.5 GPA as a Sophomore, a 3.67 GPA as a
Junior and currently has achieved a 3.83 grade point
average out of a 4.0 grading scale. This is truly
outstanding considering Dan's involvement in three varsity
sports and the challenges placed on him at the private college
preparatory high school.
Dan is
registered with the NCAA Clearinghouse.
Dan has scored a 1150 on the SAT and a 25 on the ACT exams.
